We’re packing a lot of fun into the next few weeks at Wyandot Run!
Football Friday Night Friday, Sept. 23 at 5:15 p.m.
During lunch hours, students get to meet Olentangy Liberty High School football players. Then starting at 5:15 p.m., families can meet at Olentangy Liberty High School, 3584 Home Road in Powell, and enjoy a delicious tailgate dinner for $5 per person or $20 per family. At the tailgate, all WRES students will receive FREE tickets, when accompanied by a paying parent, for that night’s varsity football game. Walk-A-Thon Friday, September 30 during school hours
It’s going to be a wild Walk-A-Thon this year! It’s our biggest fundraiser of the year and a lot of fun. During the Walk-A-Thon, each grade will have a great time exercising for part of the day and supporting their school. Please look for a form that will be coming home soon with complete details.
WRES Fall Carnival Friday, Oct. 7 from 5-8 p.m.
It’s a highlight of the school year and a whole night of fun! Wristbands for unlimited carnival games and inflatables entry plus one turn for Lazer Tag can be purchased at the door for $12 each or can be preordered for a reduced price of $10 each. Pizza, chips, drinks, Sno-Cones, popcorn and cotton candy will be available for $1 or 1 ticket each. New this year…you can also preorder tickets for $1 each. Tickets are required for souvenir photos, nail and hair “painting” and entry into the Cake Walk. Carnival information and preorder forms went home last week.
